ComputerWerks, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Stephen Jackson, a veteran electronics technician.  Located in Fairbanks, Alaska, off Van Horn Road, we are dedicated to providing fast, reliable, affordable solutions to any of your computing needs.  At ComputerWerks, Inc. you will find a retail store department to provide you with the latest in new parts and accessories.   We also have a large inventory of used parts.
 
ComputerWerks, Inc. acquired and merged with Computer Cache in August 2011.  A well established business, Computer Cache has been located in the Teddy Bear Plaza since 1994.  Computer Cache is primarily a retail store, while ComputerWerks, Inc is primarily a repair facility.  Because of this, all service work will be performed at the ComputerWerks, Inc. location.  For convenience, customers may drop off their equipment at either location and pick them up at the same location.  Transportation between the two facilities is, of course, provided at no cost.

As a locally owned small business, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.  With an expert staff of experienced, certified technicians, we are able to provide quality computer equipment repair, hardware/software diagnostics, and installation and support maintenance for home/business networks.
